Digital Solutions Services definition

Digital Solutions Services means the services provided by SS&C utilizing the Digital Platform, the SS&C Web Site, the Internet, and other software, equipment and systems provided by SS&C and telecommunications carriers and firewall providers, whereby Transactions may be requested in each Fund by Users accessing the SS&C Web Site via the Internet.
Digital Solutions Services means the services provided by DST utilizing FAN, the DST Web Site, the Internet, and other software, equipment and systems provided by DST and telecommunications carriers and firewall providers, whereby Transactions may be requested in each Fund by Users accessing the DST Web Site via the Internet.
Digital Solutions Services means services related to the design and/or production of any creative assets (including without limitation Creative production, app development, website or microsite build, social media services) provided by or on behalf of the Company to the Buyer;

  • For our services in the area of UNITED GRINDING Digital Solutions, we charge you a fixed annual fee per service object in accordance with Price List for UNITED GRINDING Digital Solutions Services as amended.

  • For Credit Account Buyers payment of invoices shall be made in full within 30 days of the end of month of the date of the invoice unless otherwise agreed and confirmed in writing by Solarcentury (the “Due Date for Payment”).

  • Customer desires to utilize SS&C Digital Solutions Services to provide access to account information and certain on-line transaction request capabilities in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

  • SS&C will perform, and Customer has selected, the Digital Solutions Services described on the Service Exhibits attached to this Agreement.

  • Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement, SS&C and its third party vendors may collect and use, any such data, text, and files that pass through and/or may be generated by the Customer’s use of the Digital Solutions Services in anonymized format.

Related to Digital Solutions Services

  • Wireless services means any services, provided using licensed or unlicensed spectrum, including the use of Wi-Fi, whether at a fixed location or mobile.

  • Communications services means any service provided for the purpose of transmission of information including, but not limited to, voice, video, or data, without regard to the transmission protocol employed, whether or not the transmission medium is owned by the provider itself and whether or not the transmission medium is wireline. Communications service includes all forms of telephone services and voice, video, data or information transport, but does not include: (1) cable service; (2) open video system service, as defined in 47 C.F.R. 76; (3) private communications system services provided without using the public rights of way or private communications system services that use the public rights of way without imposing any additional burden on the public rights of way; (4) over-the-air radio or television broadcasting to the public-at-large from facilities licensed by the Federal Communications Commission or any successor thereto; and (5) direct-to-home satellite service within the meaning of Section 602 of the Telecommunications Act.

  • Prepaid wireless telecommunications service means a commercial mobile radio service that allows a caller to dial 9-1-1 to access the 9-1-1 system and is paid for in advance and sold in predetermined units or dollars of which the number declines with use in a known amount.

  • Telecommunications Services means the offering of Telecommunications for a fee directly to the public, or to such classes of users as to be effectively available directly to the public, regardless of the facilities used.

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Mobile Wireless Service means all mobile wireless telecommunications services, including commercial mobile radio service (CMRS). CMRS includes paging, air-ground radio, telephone service and offshore radiotelephone services, as well as mobile telephony services, such as the service offerings of carriers using cellular radiotelephone, broadband PCS and SMR licenses. "Multiple Exchange Carrier Access Billing" or "MECAB" refers to the document prepared by the Billing Committee of the Ordering and Billing Forum (OBF), which functions under the auspices of the Carrier Liaison Committee (CLC) of the Alliance for Telecommunications Industry Solutions (ATIS). The MECAB document, published by ATIS (0401004-00XX), contains the recommended guidelines for the Billing of an access service provided by two (2) or more LECs (including a LEC and a CLEC), or by one (1) LEC in two (2) or more states within a single LATA. "Multiple Exchange Carrier Ordering and Design" or "MECOD" Guidelines for Access Services - Industry Support Interface, refers to the document developed by the Ordering/Provisioning Committee under the auspices of the Ordering and Billing Forum (OBF), which functions under the auspices of the Carrier Liaison Committee (CLC) of the Alliance for Telecommunications Industry Solutions (ATIS). The MECOD document, published by ATIS (0404120-00X), contains recommended guidelines for processing orders for access service which is to be provided by two (2) or more LECs (including a LEC and a CLEC). "N-1 Carrier" means the Carrier in the call routing process immediately preceding the terminating Carrier. The N-1 Carrier is responsible for performing the database queries (under the FCC's rules) to determine the LRN value for correctly routing a call to a ported number. "National Emergency Number Association" or "NENA" is an association which fosters the technological advancement, availability and implementation of 911 Service nationwide through research, planning, training, certification, technical assistance and legislative representation.

  • Video lottery terminal sales agent means a lottery sales agent licensed under Chapter 3770. of the ORC to conduct video lottery terminals on behalf of the state pursuant to Section 3770.21 of the ORC.

  • Mobile telecommunications service means the same as that term is defined in the Mobile Telecommunications Sourcing Act, 4 U.S.C. Sec. 124.

  • Homemaker services means the professionally directed or supervised simple household maintenance or management services provided by trained homemakers or individuals to families in their own homes.

  • Personal wireless services means commercial mobile services, unlicensed wireless services, and common carrier wireless exchange access services, as defined by federal laws and regulations.

  • public telecommunications service means the transmission by electromagnetic or other means, other than by a telephone company as defined in section 4927.01 of the Revised Code, of signs, signals, writings, images, sounds, messages, or data originating in this state regardless of actual call routing. "Public telecommunications service" excludes a system, including its construction, maintenance, or operation, for the provision of telecommunications service, or any portion of such service, by any entity for the sole and exclusive use of that entity, its parent, a subsidiary, or an affiliated entity, and not for resale, directly or indirectly; the provision of terminal equipment used to originate telecommunications service; broadcast transmission by radio, television, or satellite broadcast stations regulated by the federal government; or cable television service.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Telecommunications service provider means that term as defined in Section 219a of the Michigan Penal Code, supra, as may be amended from time to time. As of January 2012, "Telecommunications Service Provider" is defined to mean any of the following:

  • Beta Services means Xxxxxx services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.

  • Network Services means the equipment, software, and services necessary to transmit voice, data, or video.

  • Weapons system supplier means any prime contractor or first tier subcontractor engaged in, or having a known prospective interest in the development, production or analysis of any of the weapon systems, as well as any major component or subassembly of such system.

  • Telecommunications Service is as defined in the Act.

  • Digital Health has the meaning ascribed to it in the Accountability Agreement and means the coordinated and integrated use of electronic systems, information and communication technologies to facilitate the collection, exchange and management of personal health information in order to improve the quality, access, productivity and sustainability of the healthcare system;

  • Food services means the preparation and serving of nutritionally balanced meals and snacks.

  • Distribution Services means the service of distribution, as defined in section 5 of the Act;

  • Sprint means a set period of time during which specific work is realized and made ready for review.

  • Wireless service means any service, using licensed or unlicensed wireless spectrum, including the use of Wi-Fi, whether at a fixed location or mobile, provided to the public using a network node.

  • Communications service provider means a service provider that provides broadband service.

  • Communications service means a service capable of accessing, connecting with, or interfacing with a 911 system by dialing, initializing, or otherwise activating the system exclusively through the digits 911 by means of a local telephone device or wireless communications device.

  • Mobile Services means the mobile telecommunications service which we provide you under Part D and as specified in your Application.
