Digital Phone Service definition

Digital Phone Service means the UTMA phone service that provides users with the ability to send and receive local and/or long distance calls and to access additional related features and functions through UTMA’s cable systems.
Digital Phone Service means Cox’s residential digital phone service.

  • If the customer changes their long distance pre- subscription on their main line without any instruction as to what to do regarding the additional phone lines, the Frontier Digital Phone Service plan option will automatically be removed from the main line and thus the customers account.

  • ACN reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Digital Phone Service or to charge you standard rates if we have reason to believe that you are using the ACN Digital Phone Service in violation of this AUP or our General Terms and Conditions.

  • The Customer must subscribe to the Frontier Digital Phone Unlimited Service or the Digital Phone Unlimited Plus Service local service product offered by that associated LEC and must be on the main billing number on the account in order to be eligible for the Frontier Digital Phone Service option.

  • Calls at no additional charge to other ACN Digital Phone Service customers in the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Puerto Rico, South Korea, United States.

  • If the customer does not notify the Utility to reactive their Frontier Digital Phone Service before the end of the ninth month, the Stay Connected Seasonal Offering will terminate and the Frontier Digital Phone features and services will be reactivated and billed at the applicable rates.

  • Digital Phone Service is a bundled offering available to Residential customers that subscribe to flat rate service.

Related to Digital Phone Service

  • Telephone Service means calls (including voice, voicemail and conference and data calls), supplementary services (including call forwarding and call transfer) and messaging and multi-media services (including short message services, enhanced media services and multi-media services);

  • Air-to-ground radiotelephone service means a radio service, as that term is defined in 47 CFR 22.99, in which common carriers are authorized to offer and provide radio telecommunications service for hire to subscribers in aircraft.

  • Online Service means our on-line system for managing the electronic transmission of information between us and Providers;

  • Internet service means a service that enables users to access proprietary and other content,

  • telecommunication service means service of any description (including electronic mail, voice mail, data services, audio text services, video text services, radio paging and cellular mobile telephone services) which is made available to users by means of any transmission or reception of signs, signals, writing, images and sounds or intelligence of any nature, by wire, radio, visual or other electromagnetic means;

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Outbound telephone call means a telephone call initiated by a telemarketer to induce the purchase of goods or services or to solicit a charitable contribution.

  • Fire Service means any deployment of firefighting personnel and/or equipment to extinguish a fire or perform any preventative measure in an effort to protect equipment, life, or property in an area threatened by fire. It also includes the deployment of firefighting personnel and/or equipment to provide fire suppression, rescue, extrication, and any other services related to fire and rescue as may occasionally occur.

  • Prepaid wireless telecommunications service means a commercial mobile radio service that allows a caller to dial 9-1-1 to access the 9-1-1 system and is paid for in advance and sold in predetermined units or dollars of which the number declines with use in a known amount.

  • Data Services The Customer will receive a discount equal to 25% for the following Data Services: Access: Standard VBS2 Guide local loop charges for DS-1 Access and DS-3 Access Service.

  • 911 Service means a universal telephone number which gives the public direct access to the Public Safety Answering Point (“PSAP”). Basic 911 service collects 911 calls from one or more local exchange switches that serve a geographic area. The calls are then sent to the correct authority designated to receive such calls.

  • Cable Television Network means system consisting of set of closed transmission paths and associated signal generation, control and distribution equipment, designed to provide Cable Service for reception by multiple subscribers.

  • Network Integration Transmission Service means the transmission service provided under Tariff, Part III.

  • telecommunications network means any wire, radio, optical, or other electromagnetic system used to route, switch, or transmit telecommunications;

  • internet access service means a publicly available electronic communications service that provides access to the internet, and thereby connectivity to virtually all end points of the internet, irrespective of the network technology and terminal equipment used.

  • Generation Service means the sale of electricity, including ancillary services such as the provision of reserves, to a Customer by a Competitive Supplier.

  • Video service means video programming, cable services, IPTV, or OVS provided through facilities located at least in part in the public rights-of-way without regard to delivery technology, including internet protocol technology. This definition does not include any video programming provided by a commercial mobile service provider defined in 47 USC 332(d) or provided solely as part of, and via, a service that enables users to access content, information, electronic mail, or other services offered over the public internet.

  • School service means a website, mobile application or online service that (i) is designed and marketed solely for use in elementary or secondary schools; (ii) is used (a) at the direction of teachers or other employees at elementary or secondary schools or (b) by any school-affiliated entity; and (iii) collects and maintains, uses or shares student personal information. "School service" does not include a website, mobile application or online service that is (a) used for the purposes of college and career readiness assessment or (b) designed and marketed for use by individuals or entities generally, even if it is also marketed for use in elementary or secondary schools.
