Digital Features definition

Digital Features means digital content or applications whether or not used in conjunction with a NIKE Product (e.g., an add-on Nike+ or a mobile device application), designed to improve, encourage, support or inspire performance, fitness and/or activity.
Digital Features means the electronic functions and features of a Cayman Islands Identification Card including the facility for the provision of the authentication of the identity of the holder and the digital signature of the holder;

  • Digital network means any online-enabled application, software, website or system offered or utilized by a transportation network company that enables the prearrangement of rides with transportation network company drivers.
