Digital e-Stamp definition

Digital e-Stamp or “e-stamp” shall mean a certificate of stamp, electronically generated, as per the stamp duty related laws of the concerned State, in order to denote payment of stamp duty, and includes stamp in a digital, dematerialised format.

Digital e-Stamp means an electronically generated impression on paper to denote the payment of Stamps duty, by the Information Utility mandated by the Central Government to serve as a repository of legal evidence for financial contracts (hereinafter referred to as “Information Utitlity”).

  • Digital network means any online-enabled application, software, website or system offered or utilized by a transportation network company that enables the prearrangement of rides with transportation network company drivers.

The one exception and for the purpose of specialty Prescription Drugs, only specialty pharmacies that have an agreement to accept our pharmacy allowance are network pharmacies and all others pharmacies are non-network pharmacies.
