DIF Reimbursement definition

DIF Reimbursement means reimbursements earned pursuant to this Agreement, including but not limited to Sections 11 and 13. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed as an obligation or appropriation of general fund monies by the City.

Examples of DIF Reimbursement in a sentence

  • In no event shall the dollar amount of the DIF Reimbursement exceed the difference between the dollar amount of all credit applied to offset the DIF Obligation pursuant to Sections 15.2, 15.3, and 15.4 of the Credit Agreement, and one hundred (100%) of the construction costs of the DIF Improvement identified in the DIF Study in effect at the time of the issuance of a building permit for the Project.

  • The DIF Reimbursement shall be subject to verification by CITY and Developer shall provide any and all documentation reasonably necessary for CITY to verify the amount of the DIF Reimbursement.

  • The DIF Reimbursement shall be in an amount not [INSERT DOLLAR AMOUNT] ($ ) exceeding (“DIF Reimbursement Amount”).

  • City shall reimburse to Developer the DIF Reimbursement amount (without interest) only from the Regional or Local Adjacent respective DIF category, as defined in Exhibit 4, for which the Certificate of DIF Reimbursement is issued.

  • Developer is entitled to receive reimbursement for a period not to exceed ten (10) years following the date of Completion of the Improvement(s) identified in Exhibit 4, up to the total DIF Reimbursement amount of the verified Eligible Costs.

  • No interest will be credited on any outstanding DIF Reimbursement amounts.

  • Once the Credit Request is considered complete, the City Manager shall use his or her best efforts to verify the total actual Eligible Costs of the Improvements and provide Developer with a Certificate of DIF Credit or Certificate of DIF Reimbursement in the form attached hereto as Exhibit 7 within twenty (20) Days following receipt of the completed Credit Request.

  • Developer shall receive DIF Credits or DIF Reimbursement pursuant to Section 11 equal to the verified Eligible Costs of the Improvement (or accepted portion of the Improvement).

  • On power lift-equipped school buses with a GVWR of 10,000 pounds or more, seat frames may be equipped with attachments to which belt assemblies can be attached for use with child safety restraint systems (CSRS) that comply with FMVSS No. 213, Child Restraint Systems.

  • This renewal allows for a regular assessment and balancing of the required expertise by the Chair.

Related to DIF Reimbursement

  • Cost Reimbursement means a contract which provides for a fee other than a fee based on a percentage of cost and under which a contractor is reimbursed for costs which are allowable and allocable in accordance with the contract terms.

  • Expense Reimbursement has the meaning set forth in Section 8.2(c).

  • Special Reimbursement Date means, the special payment date established in connection with a Reimbursement under Special Circumstances as described hereunder “Extraordinary Events and Special Circumstances – Reimbursement Under Special Circumstances and Payment”.

  • Workout-Delayed Reimbursement Amounts With respect to any Mortgage Loan or Serviced Loan Combination, the amount of any Advance made with respect to such Mortgage Loan or Serviced Loan Combination on or before the date such Mortgage Loan or Serviced Loan Combination becomes (or, but for the making of three monthly payments under its modified terms, would then constitute) a Corrected Loan, together with (to the extent accrued and unpaid) interest on such Advances, to the extent that (i) such Advance is not reimbursed to the Person who made such Advance on or before the date, if any, on which such Mortgage Loan or Serviced Loan Combination becomes a Corrected Loan and (ii) the amount of such Advance becomes a future obligation of the Mortgagor to pay under the terms of modified Loan Documents. That any amount constitutes all or a portion of any Workout-Delayed Reimbursement Amount shall not in any manner limit the right of any Person hereunder to determine in the future that such amount instead constitutes a Nonrecoverable Advance.

  • Workout-Delayed Reimbursement Amount has the meaning set forth in subsection (II)(i) of Section 5.2(a).

  • Medical Reimbursement Programs means a collective reference to the Medicare, Medicaid and TRICARE programs and any other health care program operated by or financed in whole or in part by any foreign or domestic federal, state or local government.

  • Reimbursement Payment shall have the meaning given to that term in Subparagraph 2.02(c).

  • Reimbursement means that DOH will repay the Contractor for allowable costs incurred under the terms of this contract.

  • Capitalization Reimbursement Shortfall Amount With respect to any Distribution Date and, with respect to any Mortgage Pool comprised of two or more Loan Groups, each Loan Group, the amount, if any, by which the amount of Advances or Servicing Advances that were added to the Stated Principal Balance of all Mortgage Loans (or, if the Mortgage Pool is comprised of two or more Loan Groups, on the Mortgage Loans in the related Loan Group) during the preceding calendar month exceeds the amount of principal payments on the Mortgage Loans included in the Available Distribution Amount (or, if the Mortgage Pool is comprised of two or more Loan Groups, Available Distribution Amount for the related Loan Group) for that Distribution Date.

  • Capitalization Reimbursement Amount As to any Distribution Date, the amount of Advances or Servicing Advances that were added to the Stated Principal Balance of the related Mortgage Loans during the prior calendar month and reimbursed to the Master Servicer or Subservicer on or prior to such Distribution Date pursuant to Section 3.10(a)(vii), plus the Capitalization Reimbursement Shortfall Amount remaining unreimbursed from any prior Distribution Date and reimbursed to the Master Servicer or Subservicer on or prior to such Distribution Date.

  • Class Expenses means expenses incurred by a particular Class in connection with a shareholder services arrangement or a distribution plan that is specific to such Class or any other differing share of expenses or differing fees, in each case pursuant to a plan adopted by the Trust pursuant to Rule 18f-3 under the 1940 Act, as such plan or Rule may be amended from time to time;

  • Insurance Costs means the sums described in paragraph 1.1 of Part 5 of the Schedule;

  • L/C Reimbursement Obligation means, for any Letter of Credit, the obligation of the Borrower to the L/C Issuer thereof, as and when matured, to pay all amounts drawn under such Letter of Credit.

  • Servicing Advance Reimbursement Amounts As defined in Section 3.22.

  • Tuition Fees means a sum specified in the Offer Letter, payable by the Student to cover tuition, access to College facilities, enrolment procedures and orientation meetings, use of Information Technology facilities, exam sitting and a Kaplan award on successful completion of the Programme; and

  • Cost-reimbursement contract means a contract under which a contractor is reimbursed for costs which are allowable and allocable in accordance with the contract terms and the provisions of this code, and paid a fee, if any.

  • Basic living expenses means the cost of basic food, shelter, and any other expenses of a Domestic Partner which are paid at least in part by a program or benefit for which the partner qualified because of the Domestic Partnership. The individuals need not contribute equally or jointly to the cost of these expenses as long as they agree that both are responsible for the cost.
