Diageo Contract definition

Diageo Contract means that certain Marketing and Promotion Agreement dated as of July 1, 2006 between the Spirits Division of Diageo North America, Inc., the DC&E Division of Diageo North America, Inc., Diageo-Guinness USA, Inc. and U.S. Concepts, Inc., as amended, restated supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
