DiaDEXUS means diaDexus, a Delaware limited liability company with offices at 3233 Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxx 102, Santa Clara CA; and any DiaDexus Affiliate(s) thereof to which any rights and/or obligations shall be assigned and/or delegated pursuant to this Agreement.

Related to DiaDEXUS

  • Siemens means Siemens AG (Germany) and its Affiliates.

  • SCI means Service Corporation International, its directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns; and its subsidiaries, divisions, groups, and affiliates controlled by Service Corporation International (including, after the Acquisition Effective Date, KNA) and the respective directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns of each.

  • OMP means Occupational Medical Practitioner

  • API means American Petroleum Institute.

  • Distributor means a person who distributes.

  • Manufacturer means the person or body who is responsible to the approval authority for all aspects of the type approval process and for ensuring conformity of production. It is not essential that the person or body is directly involved in all stage of the construction of the vehicle, system, component or separate technical unit which is the subject of the approval process.

  • NEC means National Electrical Code. Copies of the NEC are available from the National Fire Protection Association.

  • DSM means the most current edition of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders published by the American Psychiatric Association.

  • Supplier means the successful bidder who is awarded the contract to maintain and administer the required and specified service(s) to the State.

  • EMD means Earnest Money Deposit.

  • VAR means a Value Appreciation Right bonus offered to a selected group of senior management and technologists in the Communications Group of CH2M HILL pursuant to the CH2M HILL Communications Group Value Appreciation Incentive Plan, as amended from time to time, and any successor plan.

  • SMI means the a supplier managed inventory service (consignment or imprest stock option) as described further in Call Off Schedule 9;

  • Product Manufacturer means the entity that assembles the component parts to manufacture the final Product;

  • Contract Manufacturer means a company that produces goods under contract for another company under the label or brand name of that company.

  • OEM means Original Equipment Manufacturer.

  • HP means horsepower.

  • LSI means Large Scale Industry

  • Participating manufacturer means that term as defined in the master settlement agreement.

  • Reseller is a category of CLECs who purchase the use of Finished Services for the purpose of reselling those Telecommunications Services to their End User Customers.

  • Intel shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble to this Agreement.

  • Sage means The Sage Group plc or an Affiliate thereof.

  • NSI means net scheduled interchange.

  • Drug Substance means an active ingredient that is intended to furnish pharmacological activity or other direct effect in the diagnosis, cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of disease or to affect the structure or any function of the human body, but does not include intermediates used in the synthesis of such ingredient.

  • NPS means nominal pipe size.

  • The Supplier means the individual contractor, manufacturer distributor, or firm supplying/manufacturing the Goods and Services under this Contract and named in the SCC.

  • Finished Products means any one or more of the following petroleum oils, or a mixture or combination of these oils, to be used without further processing except blending by mechanical means:
