D&I Strategy definition

D&I Strategy means the Franchisee’s diversity and inclusion strategy developed in accordance with paragraph 9.9.1 of Schedule 13.1 (Rail Industry Initiatives and Co- operation)(substantially in the form set out in Appendix 2 (D&I Strategy) to Schedule 13.1 (Rail Industry Initiatives and Co-operation)) and references to the D&I Strategy shall include the Approved D&I Strategy.
