DGES definition

DGES means Direction Générale de l’Enseignement Supérieur, referred to in Section 2.01(v) to this Agreement, established by the Recipient through Decree dated March 30, 2011.
DGES means the General Directorate of Secondary Education (Direction Generale de l’Enseignement Secondaire) within the MES (as hereinafter defined);

Examples of DGES in a sentence

  • The DGES has allowed some of the system development costs associated with the introduction of competition to be recovered by the regional electricity companies through a charge to all customers over the next five years.

  • The DGES has also announced price restraints which set a maximum amount that existing electricity supply companies can charge their domestic and small business customers over the first two years following the introduction of competition, taking into account its view of future electricity purchase costs.

  • The LSEP shall be the difference between the DGES and the DPIES, (LSEP = [DGES – DPIES]) discounted to the date of Substantial Completion of the Project.

  • In the event that the results of the Performance Tests and Measurements outlined in the OWNER approved CONTRCTOR’S M&V Plan are marginal, (defined as resulting in the DPIES within plus or minus (+2%) of the DGES) the OWNER shall have the right to require the CONTRACTOR to perform additional Performance Tests and Measurements.
