  • DFAA shall perform its obligations and discharge its duties hereunder, and under any or all other agreements that DFAA may enter into with DFA from time to time, (i) solely in the best interests of DFA and the clients of DFA with respect to or in connection with which DFAA may from time to time provide investment or other services, and (ii) with the care, skill, prudence and diligence that a prudent man experienced in such matters would use in providing similar services in like circumstances.
