DFA Agreement definition

DFA Agreement means that certain Securities Purchase Agreement, dated as of April 4, 2001, among Dean Foods Company (formerly known as Suiza Foods Corporation), Suiz▇ ▇▇iry Group Holdings, Inc., Suiza Dairy Group, L.P., Suiza Southeast, LLC, Dairy Farmers of America, Inc., and, for certain limited purposes, Mid-Am Capital, L.L.C., as the same may be amended or modified from time to time.
