Dex West Administrative Agent means JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., in its capacity as administrative agent and collateral agent under the Dex West Credit Agreement, and any successor Dex West Administrative Agent appointed thereunder.
Dex West Administrative Agent means JPMorgan, in its capacity as administrative agent, collateral agent, shared collateral agent, and subordinated guarantee agent under the Dex West Credit Agreement and the other Dex West Credit Documents.
