Dex Support Agreement definition

Dex Support Agreement means the Support and Limited Waiver Agreement, dated as of December 5, 2012, among the Ultimate Parent, certain direct and indirect Subsidiaries of the Ultimate Parent party thereto, the administrative agent under the Dex East Credit Agreement, the administrative agent under the Dex West Credit Agreement, the administrative agent under the RHDI Credit Agreement and each of the “Consenting Lenders” party thereto.
