Regulated stormwater discharges consist of those authorized under the General Permit for the Discharge of Stormwater from Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4 GP), General Permit for the Discharge of Stormwater and Dewatering Wastewaters from Construction Activities (Construction GP), General Permit for the Discharge of Stormwater Associated with Industrial Activity (Industrial GP), and General Permit for the Discharge of Stormwater from Commercial Activities (Commercial GP).
