The Developer wishes to enter into a development agreement to erect and operate a digital marquee sign to promote events, activities and organizations and groups that use the Devour Studios building at ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇.
fisher means every person employed or engaged in any capacity or carrying out an occupation on board any fishing vessel, including persons working on board who are paid on the basis of a share of the catch but excluding pilots, naval personnel, other persons in the permanent service of a government, shore-based persons carrying out work aboard a fishing vessel and fisheries observers;
LBD means any day on which commercial banks are open for general business (including dealing in foreign exchange and foreign currency deposits) in London;
The Consultant s Personnel" means any person instructed by the Consultant pursuant to this Contract to undertake any of the Consultant’s obligations under this Contract, including the Consultant’s employees, agents and sub-contractors.
seaman ’ means an individual (except scientific personnel, a sailing school instruc- tor, or a sailing school student) engaged or employed in any capacity on board a vessel.
Tencent means Tencent Mobility Limited.
