The information presented in the Supplement Section, when viewed together with the documents incorporated by reference in the [Preliminary][Final] Prospectus Supplement, provides a fair and accurate summary of the Company’s financial position and results of operations for the quarter ended March 31, 2022, and the financial data presented therein are accurately derived from the Company’s accounting records. 2. I have compared each item marked on the attached copy of the Supplement Section with the amount included in the Company’s accounting records or on a schedule or report prepared by the Company from its accounting records and found them to be in agreement. No facts have come to my attention that have caused me to believe that the historical financial data presented in the Supplement Section are not prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles on a basis substantially consistent with that of the consolidated financial statements of the Company and its subsidiaries audited by PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and included in the 2021 Annual Report of the Company on Form 10-K.
