Developments definition
Developments means all data, discoveries, findings, reports, designs, inventions, improvements, methods, practices, techniques, developments, programs, concepts and ideas, whether or not patentable, relating to the present or planned activities, or the products and services of the Company.
Developments shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9(e) below.
Developments means all inventions, ideas, concepts, designs, improvements, discoveries, modifications, computer software, and other results which are conceived of, developed by, written, or reduced to practice by the Employee, alone or jointly with others (including, where applicable, all modifications, derivatives, progeny, models, specifications, source code, design documents, creations, scripts, artwork, text, graphics, photos and pictures);

The Consultant hereby waives in whole all moral rights that he may have in the Developments, including the right to the integrity of the Developments, the right to be associated with the Developments, the right to restrain or claim damages for any distortion, mutilation or other modification of the Developments, and the right to restrain use or reproduction of the Developments in any context and in connection with any product, service, cause or institution.
The Consultant agrees that the obligations in this section will continue beyond the termination of the consulting relationship with respect to any and all Developments created during the consulting relationship.
The Consultant agrees that the Company, its assignees and their licensees are not required to designate the Consultant as the author of any Developments.
More Definitions of Developments
Developments has the meaning set forth in Section 13(a).
Developments means any Product, development documentation, information, materials, plans, drawings, reports or the like conceived during the course of the performance of an Order.
Developments shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7 hereof.
Developments includes, without limitation, all:
(i) Products, software, documentation, research, data, designs, reports, flowcharts, trade- marks, specifications and source code listings, and any related works, including any enhancements, modifications or additions to the Products owned, marketed or used by the Company;
(ii) copyrightable works of authorship including, without limitation, any technical descriptions for Products, user guides, illustrations and advertising materials; and
(iii) inventions, devices, integrated circuit topographies, discoveries, concepts, ideas, algorithms, formulae, know-how, processes, techniques, systems, methods, operating capabilities and improvements, whether patentable or not, developed, created, generated or reduced to practice by the Consultant, alone or jointly with others, during the consulting relationship, which result from the consulting relationship or which result from the use of the premises or property (including equipment, supplies or Confidential Information) owned, leased or licensed by the Company or which reasonably relate to the Business of the Company.
Developments means all Inventions, whether or not patentable, computer programs, copyright works, trademarks, Confidential Information, Works of Authorship, and other intellectual property, made, conceived or authored by the Executive, alone or jointly with others, while employed by the Company; whether or not during normal business hours or on the Company’s premises, that are within the present or reasonably contemplated scope of the Company’s business at the time such Developments are made, conceived, or authored, or which result from or are suggested by any work the Executive or others may do for or on behalf of the Company.
Developments means discoveries, concepts, ideas, designs, methods, formulas, know-how, techniques, systems or any improvements or enhancements thereon, whether or not patentable or copyrightable, made, conceived, improved or developed, in whole or in part, by the Employee during the term of this Agreement relating to: (i) any of the Company’s or its affiliates’ products or services, potential products or services, developments or techniques; or (ii) any work in which the Employee is or may be engaged on behalf of the Company or its affiliates.
Developments means all discoveries, inventions, ideas, technology, formulas, designs, software, programs, algorithms, products, systems, applications, processes, procedures, methods and improvements and enhancements conceived, developed or otherwise made or created or produced by the Employee alone or with others, and in any way relating to the business or any proposed business of AIG of which the Employee has been made aware, or the products or services of AIG of which the Employee has been made aware, whether or not subject to patent, copyright or other protection and whether or not reduced to tangible form, at any time during the Employee’s employment with AIG.
