Development Funding means all funds and resources (including all out-of-pocket costs, plus reasonable amounts for internal resources) expended by either party in the development efforts described herein, net of any amounts received from third parties (such as Xxx Xxxxx and Company) which are used for such expenditures. Such amounts shall include out-of-pocket expenses paid after the date of this Agreement under Sections 9.1 and 9.3 below. "Apollo Development Funding" shall mean Development Funding expended by Apollo. "Athena Development Funding" shall mean Development Funding expended by Athena.

Related to Development Funding

  • Development Team means the entities and professionals assembled to develop and manage the Project, typically including the Applicant, Owner, Developer(s), Co-Developer(s) and general partner or any other related entities in which the Developer or Co-Developer has an identity of interest or a Controlling Interest.
