Development Covenants definition

Development Covenants has the meaning given in Section 5.20.
Development Covenants means terms, conditions, provisions, obligations, liabilities, rights and restrictions set forth in the instruments set forth below (any and all easements, maintenance agreements and other instruments and agreements identified therein), and/or otherwise required in connection with the development of the Condominium, benefiting and/or burdening the Land, all as recorded (or to be recorded) in the Public Records of Broward County, Florida:

Examples of Development Covenants in a sentence

  • The Weed Management Plan approved by the Missoula County Weed District shall be attached as an Appendix to the Development Covenants prior to zoning compliance approval of the townhome exemption declaration, subject to review and approval by Development Services.

  • The applicant shall provide a boulevard landscaping and maintenance plan attached to the Development Covenants for the boulevards within the public access easement for the northern and southern segment of Road “A” and Road “B” including tree palette, general planting plan and irrigation, subject to review and approval by City Parks and Recreation and Development Services, prior to zoning compliance approval of the townhome exemption declaration.

  • The Development Covenants shall include a statement that parking is prohibited on one side of the northern segment of Road “A” and Road “B” and both sides of the southern segment of Road “A” subject to review and approval of Development Services, prior to zoning compliance approval of the townhome exemption declaration.

  • The applicant shall specify in the Development Covenants that the maintenance of the paved pedestrian pathway/stairs shall be the responsibility of the developer, transferring to the Homeowners’ Association once formed and shall include maintenance and replacement, drainage facilities and snow removal, subject to review and approval of Development Services, prior to zoning compliance approval of the townhome exemption declaration.

  • The Boulevard Landscaping and Maintenance Plan shall be included in the Development Covenants, subject to review and approval by Development Services, prior to final plat approval.

  • Secondly, there are also subsurface easements, generally titled Non- Development Covenants, that protect DOT&PF facilities where only an ANSCA surface estate is held.

  • In lieu of water strorage, NFPA 13D residential sprinklers are proposed to be required for building permit and approval by the Missoula County Fire Inspector, as detailed in the Proposed Development Covenants.

  • There are mitigation efforts detailed by the Proposed Development Covenants that will assist the Emergency Service Providers, such as: Clear signage on each lot.

  • When irrigation water, water rights, shares or assessments are to be transferred to 1 or more lots within the subdivision, or to an entity responsible for providing water to 1 or more lots, provide an Irrigation Improvements Plan that meets the requirements of Missoula County Subdivision Regulations 7.6.13.Document Location: The Development Covenants (Sec 9) & Plat (Sec10) define the easement giving each lot equal access to use the Frenchtown Irrigation District water use.

  • Describe what measures will be taken, if any, to control family pets.Please see Section 9, Proposed Development Covenants.

Related to Development Covenants

  • Development Site means any parcel or lot on which exists or which is intended for building development other than the following:

  • Development Phase means the period before a vehicle type is type approved.

  • Development Agreements means all development, utility or similar agreements included in the Permitted Encumbrances.

  • Development Activities means any activity, including the discharge of dredged or fill material, which results directly in a more than de minimus change in the hydrologic regime, bottom contour, or the type, distribution or diversity of hydrophytic vegetation, or which impairs the flow, reach, or circulation of surface water within wetlands or other waters;

  • Development Consent means the consent granted to the Development Application for the Development and includes all modifications made under section 4.55 of the Act.

  • Collaboration Term has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(h).

  • Research Project means a discrete scientific endeavor to answer a research question or a set of research questions related to medical marijuana and is required for a medical marijuana research license.

  • Development Data means all non-clinical, clinical, technical, chemical, safety, and scientific data and information and other results, including relevant laboratory notebook information, screening data, and synthesis schemes, including descriptions in any form, data and other information, in each case, that is generated by or resulting from or in connection with the conduct of Development of Products, to the extent that the same are Controlled by or in Adapt’s or its Affiliates’ or Adapt’s Commercial Sublicensees’ possession, and may be disclosed to Lightlake without violating any obligation under Applicable Law.

  • Research Term has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Development Agreement has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

  • Development Project means a project for the development of land within a

  • Development Term means the period commencing on the Closing Date and ending on the earlier of (a) the Option Closing Date or (b) the date the Option terminates or expires other than by exercise.

  • Project Activities means the activities to be undertaken or Works to be delivered or Property to be contributed or provided by you, your approved Sub-Grantees or your approved sub- contractors as summarised in the Particulars and more particularly described in the Agreed Proposal for which Xxxxx is payable under this Agreement;

  • Development Permit means a document authorizing a development issued pursuant to this Land Use Bylaw;

  • Research Program Term has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.

  • Development Area means that area to which a development plan is applicable.

  • Economic development project means land and existing or planned improvements suitable for use by an industrial or commercial enterprise, or housing development, or the protection of the environment, including, but not limited to, groundwater or surface water. Economic development project includes necessary buildings, improvements, or structures suitable for and intended for or incidental to use as an industrial or commercial enterprise or housing development; and includes industrial park or industrial site improvements and port improvements or housing development incidental to an industrial or commercial enterprise; and includes the machinery, furnishings, and equipment necessary, suitable, intended for, or incidental to a commercial, industrial, or residential use in connection with the buildings or structures.

  • Development Period means the period from the date of this Agreement until the Appointed Date;

  • Research Plan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Development Works means the external development works and internal development works on immovable property;

  • Development rights means any right or combination of rights reserved by a declarant in the declaration to:

  • Collaborative practice agreement means a written agreement

  • Project Data means all proprietary data of the Project generated out of the Project operations and transactions, documents and related information including but not restricted to user data which the Bidder obtains, possesses or processes in the context of providing the Services to the users pursuant to this RFP including the SLA;

  • Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Project Term the period from the Operation Commencement Date to the Expiry Date or the Termination Date, whichever occurs first, which is further described in Clause 3;

  • Research Period means the research period as described in the Commissioned Research Plan. In accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, in the event that the Agreement ended prior to the completion date of the research originally set, the date the Agreement ends shall be read as the research period.
