Developer’s Consultant(s) definition

Developer’s Consultant(s) means the accredited consulting professionals retained by the Developer and shall include but not be limited to, professional engineers, architects, landscape architects, land use planners and land surveyors.
Developer’s Consultant(s) means any or all of the architects, engineers, consultants or advisors (other than the Executive Construction Manager, the Construction Manager and the Project Architect) engaged by or on behalf of Legacy Tenant or Developer, as agent for Legacy Tenant (including by Executive Construction Manager, as agent for Developer), with respect to the design and construction of the Developer Work and the Base Building Work, as applicable in context.
Developer’s Consultant(s) means any or all of the architects, engineers, consultants, or advisors (other than the Construction Manager, the Executive Construction Manager, and the Project Architect) engaged by or on behalf of the LLC, Tower A Tenant, or Developer, as agent for Tower A Tenant, or by the Executive Construction Manager, with respect to the design and construction of the Developer Work.

  • Instructions to Consultants (Section 2 of the RFP) means the document which provides shortlisted Consultants with all information needed to prepare their Proposals.

  • Personnel data means government data on individuals maintained because the individual is or was an employee or applicant for employment. For purposes of this policy, “employee” includes a volunteer or an independent contractor.
