DETAILED DEVELOPMENT PLAN definition

DETAILED DEVELOPMENT PLAN means the development plan to be established with respect to each Selected Collaboration Combination pursuant to Section 3.1 hereof and containing the activities to be undertaken by Fovea to enable Fovea to deliver a Target Dossier in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. Without limiting the foregoing, the Detailed Development shall provide for the following development steps for each Selected Collaboration Combination, as applicable:
DETAILED DEVELOPMENT PLAN means the plan for the detailed implementation of the Basic Development Plan, designed to achieve Development for the Licensed Product for the Initial Indications for the US consistent with the Basic Development Plan and this Agreement, including, without limitation, the nature, number and schedule of Development activities as well as the estimated resources necessary to implement such activities. The Detailed Development Plan must at all times be consistent with the Basic Development Plan and this Agreement. The Detailed Development Plan is intended to reflect the Parties’ plans for the detailed implementation of the Basic Development Plan, but not to alter the Basic Development Plan in any way.
