Detailed Designs definition

Detailed Designs means any information submitted under paragraph 4(1);
Detailed Designs the detailed design for the Construction Works, which is to be prepared by the Facility Operator and reviewed and approved by the Independent Certifier, in terms of clause Error! Reference source not found. (performance of Preliminary Design and Detailed Design) and the Detailed Design Procedure;
Detailed Designs means the plans, specifications and drawings that the Contractor is required to provide pursuant to Section 5.9 of the DBFO Agreement;

Detailed Designs shall have the meaning assigned to in Paragraph 2.3 of Schedule 1 to this Agreement.

Related to Detailed Designs

  • Developed Software means software specifically designed for the Principal under the Contract. Depending how advanced its development is, it may be either a Product or a Service or both.

  • Development Application means the development application identified in Item 5 of Schedule 1 and includes all plans, reports models, photomontages, material boards (as amended supplemented) submitted to the consent authority before the determination of that Development Application.

  • Developed Materials means Materials created, made, or developed by Contractor or Subcontractors, either solely or jointly with the Judicial Branch Entities or JBE Contractors, in the course of providing the Work under this Agreement, and all Intellectual Property Rights therein and thereto, including, without limitation, (i) all work-in-process, data or information, (ii) all modifications, enhancements and derivative works made to Contractor Materials, and (iii) all Deliverables; provided, however, that Developed Materials do not include Contractor Materials.

  • Software means computer programs, including any and all software implementations of algorithms, models and methodologies whether in source code, object code or other form, databases and compilations, including any and all data and collections of data, descriptions, flow-charts and other work product used to design, plan, organize and develop any of the foregoing and all documentation, including user manuals and training materials related to any of the foregoing.

  • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).
