Designs and Drawings definition

Designs and Drawings means the conceptual and detailed designs, drawings and engineering, project master plans, backup technical information required for the Project Facilities and all calculations, samples, patterns, models, specifications and other technical information relating to the Project, submitted by the Authorisee from time to time for approval in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement;

Designs and Drawings means the designs and drawings, and other technical information submitted by the Concessionaire from time to time and reviewed by the Independent Engineer in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.

Designs and Drawings means the conceptual and detailed designs, drawings and engineering, project master plans, backup technical information required for the construction of IOM and all calculations, samples, patterns, models, specifications and other technical information relating to the IOM, submitted by the Lessee from time to time for approval in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement;

• We confirm that any genuine changes made by OREDA in the interest of the Project with respect to the Technical Specifications, Designs and Drawings during the course of performance of the Work Order shall be fully acceptable to us without any cost implication whatsoever to OREDA.
