Designation course definition

Designation course. ((includes)) means a course of study taken to achieve an insurance professional ((studies taken to achieve nationally recognized professional distinc- tions)) certification, requiring passage of several standard- ized examinations, and granted by an insurance or profes- sional organization or an accredited educational institution.

Related to Designation course

  • Designation Agreement means a designation agreement entered into by a Lender (other than a Designated Bidder) and a Designated Bidder, and accepted by the Agent, in substantially the form of Exhibit D hereto.
