Designated Terms definition

Designated Terms means the terms set forth on Annex I as applicable to a Designated Obligor with respect to certain defined terms set forth on Schedule I; provided that if no Designated Term is provided with respect to any defined term for such Obligor or if the conditions, if any, to any Designated Term are not satisfied, such Designated Terms shall not be applicable to such Designated Obligor for purposes of such defined term.
Designated Terms means, in each case, as determined reasonably and in good faith by the General Partner, (i) any covenants or agreements that constitute the waiver of any confidentiality obligations under the Partnership Agreement (including the consent by the General Partner, pursuant to Section 6.10(d) of the Partnership Agreement, to the disclosure by a Limited Partner of Confidential Information),

Related to Designated Terms

  • Extended Terms shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.4.

  • Same terms and conditions means that a carrier cannot apply

  • FIA Terms and Conditions means the supplemental terms and conditions relating to the School's fees in advance scheme;

  • URL Terms means the terms with which Customer must comply, which are located at a URL, referenced in this Agreement and are hereby incorporated by reference.

  • Primary Terms and Conditions means the terms and conditions applicable to the ICICI Bank’s internet banking facility/service.
