Designated Suppliers definition

Designated Suppliers shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 5.5(a);
Designated Suppliers has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 6.2 of the Quality Agreement and are listed in Schedule “F” attached hereto, as amended from time to time by mutual agreement of the Parties.
Designated Suppliers means those Suppliers set forth on Exhibit F and "Designated Supplier" means any one of such Suppliers.

More Definitions of Designated Suppliers

Related to Designated Suppliers

  • Related Supplier means any person who provides services to the Customer which are related to the Services from time to time;

  • Restricted Supplier means any person, company, business entity or other organisation whatsoever who has supplied goods or services to the Company or any Group Company (other than utilities and goods or services supplied for administrative purposes) during any part of the Relevant Period or who has agreed prior to the Termination Date to supply goods or services to the Company to commence at any time in the 12 months following the Termination Date.
