Designated Sub-Servicer definition

Designated Sub-Servicer. A Sub-Servicer or Additional Servicer required by a Mortgage Loan Seller to be retained by the applicable Master Servicer, as listed on Schedule IV hereto, including any Primary Servicer.

Designated Sub-Servicer. Any Sub-Servicer set forth on Schedule III hereto and any successor to such Sub-Servicer under the related Designated Sub-Servicer Agreement.

Examples of Designated Sub-Servicer in a sentence

Designated Sub-Servicer means NCBFSB, any Sub-Servicer set forth on EXHIBIT L hereto and any successor to NCBFSB or any such other Sub-Servicer set forth on EXHIBIT L under the related Designated Sub-Servicer Agreement.
