Designated Static Pool Information means the static pool information referred to in the Prospectus under the caption "Static Pool Information" but deemed to be excluded from the Registration Statement and the Prospectus pursuant to Item 1105(d) of Regulation AB under the Securities Act. The Issuer Free Writing Prospectuses (as defined in Section 5.2), as amended or supplemented, when considered with the Base Prospectus and the Static Pool Information, will not contain any untrue statement of a material fact or omit to state a material fact necessary to make the statements therein, in light of the circumstances under which they were made, not misleading, in either case at the Time of Sale to the applicable investor, when considered in conjunction with the Time of Sale Information. As used in this Agreement, "Time of Sale" means, as to any investor in the Certificates, the time at which such investor enters into a Contract of Sale (as defined in Section 5.3) for the Certificates, or if such Contract of Sale is subsequently terminated and a new Contract of Sale is entered into by mutual agreement between such investor and the applicable Underwriter in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C or otherwise in a manner sufficient to constitute a reformation of the contract within the contemplation of Section IV.2.c of Securities Act Release No. 33-8591, such time at which the new Contract of Sale is entered into, and "Time of Sale Information" means all information with respect to the offering of the Underwritten Certificates which has been conveyed to an investor at the Time of Sale to such investor.

  • Static Pool Information Static pool information as described in Item 1105(a)(1)-(3) and 1105(c) of Regulation AB.

  • Pool Information means the mortgage pool information reflected in the Master Tapes and the Prospectus Supplement. “Master Tapes” shall mean the respective compilations of information and data regarding the Mortgage Loans covered by the Independent Accountants’ Reports on Applying Agreed-Upon Procedures dated the date of the Preliminary FWP and the date hereof, respectively, rendered by a third party accounting firm described in Section 6(h)(ii) of this Agreement.

  • Student Personal Information means information collected through a school service that personally identifies an individual student or other information collected and maintained about an individual student that is linked to information that identifies an individual student, as identified by Washington Compact Provision 28A.604.010. For purposes of this DPA, Student Personal Information is referred to as Student Data.

  • Identification Information means, for an individual - the passport/ID information specified while the Client Registration.

  • Highly restricted personal information means an individual’s photograph or image, social security number, digitized signature, and medical and disability information.

  • Notice-triggering Personal Information means the personal information identified in Civil Code section 1798.29 whose unauthorized access may trigger notification requirements under Civil Code section 1798.29. For purposes of this provision, identity shall include, but not be limited to, name, address, email address, identifying number, symbol, or other identifying particular assigned to the individual, such as a finger or voice print, a photograph or a biometric identifier. Notice-triggering Personal Information includes PI in electronic, paper or any other medium.

  • Tangible Information means information that is contained in written, electronic or other tangible forms.

  • Registration Information means information about an individual that is collected for the purpose of registering the individual for the provision of health services, and includes the individual’s health services number and any other number assigned to the individual as part of a system of unique identifying numbers that is prescribed in the regulations.

  • Information has the meaning specified in Section 10.07.

  • Personal Information means information identifiable to any person, including, but not limited to, information that relates to a person’s name, health, finances, education, business, use or receipt of governmental services or other activities, addresses, telephone numbers, Social Security Numbers, driver license numbers, other identifying numbers, and any financial identifiers.

  • Biometric information means any information, regardless of how it is captured, converted, stored, or shared, based on an individual’s biometric identifier used to identify an individual. Biometric information does not include information derived from items or procedures excluded under the definition of biometric identifiers.

  • ABS Informational and Computational Material means any written communication as defined in Item 1101(a) of Regulation AB under the 1933 Act and the 1934 Act, as may be amended from time to time.

  • Portfolio Information means confidential and proprietary information of the Fund, the Adviser or the Sub-Adviser that is received by a party hereto in connection with this Agreement, and information with regard to the portfolio holdings, investment activity and characteristics of the Fund.
