Designated Smoking Areas definition

Designated Smoking Areas means the areas designated under this Policy (including any Procedures) as an area within which Smoking is permitted.
Designated Smoking Areas means any area on the grounds of Livingston County property clearly identified as a smoking area.

More Definitions of Designated Smoking Areas

Designated Smoking Areas means an area of a workplace designated under regulation 3.44F(1) of the
Designated Smoking Areas means the areas designated under this pPolicy (including any Pprocedures) and as an area within which Smoking is permitted.

The area is designated on a FIRM, or other adopted flood map as determined in Article 3, Section B of this ordinance, as Zone VE.

  • Parking Garage means a building or portion of a building, other than a private garage, that is used for the temporary parking of motor vehicles;

  • Geologically hazardous areas means areas that because of their susceptibility to erosion, sliding, earthquake, or other geological events, are not suited to the siting of commercial, residential, or industrial development consistent with public health or safety concerns.

  • Planning area means a planning area or a development area or a local planning area or a regional development plan area, by whatever name called, or any other area specified as such by the appropriate Government or any competent authority and includes any area designated by the appropriate Government or the competent authority to be a planning area for future planned development, under the law relating to Town and Country Planning for the time being in force and as revised from time to time;

  • Building site means a plot of land held for building purposes, whether any building is actually erected thereupon or not, and includes the open ground or courtyard enclosed by, or adjacent to, any building erected thereupon;

  • ILUA Area means the geographical area in relation to which the Framework ILUA applies, as specified in Schedule 2 of the Framework ILUA;

  • Parking Facilities means parking lots or other off-street areas for the parking of vehicles, including areas below or above the surface of streets.
