Designated Signer definition
Designated Signer means any non-officer authorized by the Mortgage Banking Committee or by any Executive Officer or Senior Officer, in a written instrument filed with the Secretary or Assistant Secretary of the Bank, to execute any of the Instruments authorized by the Executive Officer or Senior Officer, but only to the extent of the authorizing officer’s own authority hereunder.

The holder shall have no obligation to determine whether the signature purporting to be that of a Designated Signer is in fact the actual signature of a Designated Person.
Bank will not advance funds if a written request is signed or purportedly signed in the name of a person who is not a Designated Signer.
