Designated Shift worker definition

Designated Shift worker means an Employee engaged in accordance with clause 10 who performs work on a system of consecutive shifts throughout the 24 hours of each day over 7 consecutive days without interruption and who is regularly rostered to work those shifts.
Designated Shift worker means an Employee who is designated by the Company as being able to be rostered to work ordinary hours of work on any day of the week, Monday to Sunday. Casual Employees may not be designated by the Company as Designated Shift Workers.
