Designated sales agent definition

Designated sales agent means a licensed real estate salesman or associate broker, working under the supervision of a real estate broker, who has been assigned to represent a client when a different client is also represented by such real estate broker in the same transaction.

  • Sales Agent means an authorized representative of the Company; and

  • Participating Clinical Professional Counselor means a Clinical Professional Counselor who has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Jefferies means Jefferies Finance LLC.

  • Dealer Manager Agreement shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble.

  • Selling Agent Morgan Stanley & Co.

  • Participating Pharmacy means a pharmacy that has entered into a prescription drug plan agreement with the Pharmacy Benefit Manager listed on your identification card.

  • Wholesale distributor means any person engaged in wholesale distribution of prescription drugs

  • Participating Dentist means any Dentist who, at the time of rendering a Covered Dental Service to the Member, has a written agreement with CareFirst BlueChoice or the Dental Plan for the rendering of such service.

  • Citi shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the preamble to this Agreement.

  • Participating Optometrist means an Optometrist who has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Selling Group has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.2;

  • Forward Purchaser has the meaning set forth in the introductory paragraph of this Agreement.

  • Retailer means every person engaged in the business of making sales at retail, or for distribution,

  • Placement Agent Agreement means that certain placement agent agreement dated as of the date hereof between the Company and the Placement Agent.
