Designated Managers definition
Designated Managers means, collectively, the Angelo Gordon Managers, Solus Manager, ECP Manager and, during such time as Solus, Angelo Gordon, and/or DB (or following a TRS Termination, ECP), are entitled to designate the manager holding the Equity- Holder Seat pursuant to Article V.I, the manager holding the Equity-Holder Seat.

Provided, however, Designated Managers does not include: (1) officers and directors of AMERCO’s subsidiaries not engaged in truck rentals; and (2) U-Haul Dealers.
