Designated Guarantor Senior Indebtedness definition

Designated Guarantor Senior Indebtedness means, with respect to a Guarantor, amounts owing by such Guarantor under the Credit Facility and guarantees by such Guarantor of Designated Senior Indebtedness.
Designated Guarantor Senior Indebtedness means, with respect to a Subsidiary Guarantor, (i) all Guarantor Senior Indebtedness of such Subsidiary Guarantor under the Credit Agreement Obligations, (ii) all Guarantor Senior Indebtedness of such Subsidiary Guarantor under the Senior Note Obligations and (iii) any other Guarantor Senior Indebtedness which (a) at the time of incurrence equals or exceeds $10,000,000 in aggregate principal amount and (b) is specifically designated by such Subsidiary Guarantor in the instrument evidencing such Guarantor Senior Indebtedness as "Designated Guarantor Senior Indebtedness" for purposes of this Indenture.
Designated Guarantor Senior Indebtedness means, with respect to ---------------------------------------- any Guarantor, (a) any Indebtedness of such Guarantor outstanding under the New PRIMESTAR Senior Credit Facility and (b) any other Guarantor Senior Indebtedness of such Guarantor which, at the time of determination, has an aggregate outstanding principal amount outstanding, together with any commitments to lend additional amounts, of at least $25.0 million if the instrument governing such Guarantor Senior Indebtedness expressly states that such Indebtedness is Guarantor Senior Indebtedness for purposes of this Agreement and a Board Resolution setting forth such designation by the Company has been filed with the Arranger.

Designated Guarantor Senior Indebtedness means (1) the Bank Indebtedness (to the extent such Bank Indebtedness constitutes Guarantor Senior Indebtedness) and (2) any other Guarantor Senior Indebtedness which, at the date of determination, has an aggregate principal amount outstanding of, or under which, at the date of determination, the holders thereof are committed to lend up to, at least $25 million and is specifically designated in the instrument evidencing or governing such Guarantor Senior Indebtedness as "Designated Guarantor Senior Indebtedness" for purposes of this Indenture.
Designated Guarantor Senior Indebtedness means, with respect to a Subsidiary Guarantor, (1) the Guarantee by such Subsidiary Guarantor of the Bank Indebtedness (to the extent such Guarantee of the Bank Indebtedness constitutes Guarantor Senior Indebtedness) and (2) any other Guarantor Senior Indebtedness which, at the date of determination, has an aggregate principal amount outstanding of, or under which, at the date of determination, the holders thereof are committed to lend up to, at least $25.0 million and is specifically designated in the instrument evidencing or governing such Guarantor Senior Indebtedness as “Designated Guarantor Senior Indebtedness” for purposes of this Indenture.
Designated Guarantor Senior Indebtedness means any Guarantor Senior Indebtedness (a) under any of the Credit Facilities or (b) which, at the time of determination, has an aggregate commitment or principal amount outstanding of at least $25 million if the instrument governing such Guarantor Senior Indebtedness expressly states that such Indebtedness is “Designated Guarantor Senior Indebtedness” for purposes of this Indenture.
Designated Guarantor Senior Indebtedness means (i) all Indebtedness under the New Bank Credit Agreement, (ii) the Senior Notes and (iii) any other Guarantor Senior Indebtedness that, at the time of determination, has an aggregate principal amount outstanding of at least $50,000,000 and is specifically designated in the instrument evidencing such Guarantor Senior Indebtedness as "Designated Guarantor Senior Indebtedness".
