CONTRACTOR shall comply with all Patients’ Rights requirements as outlined in the Welfare & Institutions Code, California Code of Regulations Title 9, and County of Orange LPS Criteria for Designated Facilities.
To avoid doubt, Solid Waste transported to, and processed and disposed of at a new Designated Facility or Designated Facilities pursuant to this Section 2.6, is not Emergency Bypass Waste.
CONTRACTOR is required to comply with all applicable reporting requirements, including the requirements set forth in Division 5 of the California Welfare Institutions Code and Division 1, Title 9 of the California Code of Regulations, as well as any reports required of LPS Designated Facilities in the County of Orange.
Quantities delivered to Buyer’s Designated Facilities shall be determined in accordance with Section 4 of this Agreement and the requirements of this Section 6.
CRRA shall not be in default of this Agreement if the operation of either of the Designated Facilities, or of any other Waste Facility constituting part of the Connecticut Solid Waste System, shall be delayed or interrupted by a Force Majeure Event.
