Designated Driver Service definition

Designated Driver Service means the transportation of a vehicle owner and that person’s passengers, if any, in the vehicle owner’s vehicle from any place in the City to any other place for payment of a fee;
Designated Driver Service means the transportation of a registered Motor Vehicle owner or an individual in lawful possession of the registered owner’s Motor Vehicle and his Passengers for a fee or for any other consideration, where a registered Motor Vehicle owner or an individual in lawful possession of the vehicle is unable to operate it;
Designated Driver Service means the transportation of a registered vehicle owner or an individual in lawful possession of the registered owner’s vehicle and his or her passengers for compensation, where the registered vehicle owner or the individual in lawful possession of the vehicle is unable to operate it;
