Designated Custodian means a custodian who has entered into a Custody Agreement with BondEvalue in respect of certain Deposited Bonds and/or Underlying Bonds Cash and which has been designated by BondEvalue as a Designated Custodian;

Examples of Designated Custodian in a sentence

  • If you are a new Access Person, you must transfer your Account to a Designated Custodian within thirty (30) days from becoming an Access Person unless otherwise approved by the Chief Compliance Officer or his/her designee.

  • The Designated Custodian (“The Custodian”) will automatically hold all of your securities purchased, sales proceeds, dividends and interest.

  • All new brokerage and trading Accounts must be established with a Designated Custodian.

  • Seller/Servicer may terminate this Agreement upon 30 days prior notice to Designated Custodian.

  • In no event may Designated Custodian refuse or fail to fulfill its obligations pursuant to this Agreement while any Note File is within its possession.
