Design Service Payments means the payments under the CKI Stock Purchase Agreement pursuant to which PVH has agreed to pay Xx. Xxxxxx Xxxxx 1.15% of worldwide sales of products under the Xxxxxx Xxxxx trademarks for a period of 15 years..

Rechargeable Electrical Energy Storage System (REESS) means the rechargeable energy storage system that provides electric energy for electrical propulsion.
Services Fees means the agreed upon fees in an Order for the Services Offerings.
Retail Service and Maintenance Sector Means the service and maintenance of retail facilities which includes financial institutions, retail businesses, schools and hospitals but does not include commercial premises as defined.
