Design Responsibility definition

Design Responsibility means the person or company who designed the original security system, and includes any necessary criteria which the performance of the system must meet. Drawings, layouts and current or proposed security coverage of customer’s premises are the responsibility of the system designer.
Design Responsibility means (but without prejudice to the provisions of condition 4.2) the obligation to ensure that the Goods are designed to satisfy the requirements of the Technical Data;
Design Responsibility means complete responsibility for the design of the Sub-Contract Works as indicated in the Trade Package documents; GST has the meaning set out in A New tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999 (Cth);
