Design Layout Record definition

Design Layout Record a record containing the technical information that describes the telecommunication facilities and termination points provided by a telecommunications customer to a carrier in order to enable the carrier to design the overall service to be provided by the carrier to that customer.
Design Layout Record or "DLR" for the local * Confidential treatment has been requested for a portion of this Exhibit facility to which such Capacity shall be connected.
