Design Freeze Date definition

Design Freeze Date means the date set forth in the Time Schedule prior to which a Consortium Member may change the design within or related to its Scope of Work without becoming liable hereunder due to the change.
Design Freeze Date means the date on which both Parties have agreed in Exhibit A that their respective Component Product(s) are ready for volume production and for the release of wafer orders to fabrication.
Design Freeze Date means the date in the column entitled "Design Freeze Date" in the table in appendix A to part 2 of schedule A4 (Assurance) corresponding to a particular Permitted Design Change being the final date on which RfL may instruct such change to the SP's designs as a Permitted Design Change under clause 17.8;

More Definitions of Design Freeze Date

Design Freeze Date means the date as agreed in writing between the Builder and Purchaser where the scope and specifications of the Owner Nominated Equipment are finalized. The Design Freeze Date shall be no later than six (6) months after execution of this Contract.

Related to Design Freeze Date

  • Design flow means the average annual flow or average daily flow specified in an approved facilities plan or approved plans and specifications, the flow specified in a WPDES permit, or the flow required to meet performance standards.

  • Design Phase means the period during which the Transporter shall prepare a draft project proposal for publication in accordance with section 4.3;

  • Design Change is a change in work and/or materials shown in the Schedule of Items and described in Plans or specifications that has been mutually agreed to in writing or ordered by Contracting Officer. Changes of a minor nature (such as adjustment in horizontal and vertical alignment, that do not exceed specified tolerance, necessary to maintain or balance earthwork quantities substantially as designed) and variation in quantities, as described in B5.251, shall not be considered Design Changes.

  • Construction Commencement Date means the date set out in the Addendum, if applicable, by which you must commence construction of the Hotel. For the Hotel to be considered under construction, youmust have begun to pour concrete foundations for the Hotel or otherwise satisfied any site-specific criteria for “under construction” set out in the Addendum.

  • Completion Date means the date of completion of the Services by the Service Provider as certified by the Procuring Entity

  • Mechanical Completion means that (a) all components and systems of the Project have been properly constructed, installed and functionally tested according to EPC Contract requirements in a safe and prudent manner that does not void any equipment or system warranties or violate any permits, approvals or Laws; (b) the Project is ready for testing and commissioning, as applicable; (c) Seller has provided written acceptance to the EPC Contractor of mechanical completion as that term is specifically defined in the EPC Contract.

  • Final Completion Date means the date on which Final Completion occurs.

  • Design-Build Agreement means the design and construction agreement between Project Co and the Design-Builder, a certified copy of which has been delivered by Project Co to the Authority, as amended, supplemented or replaced from time to time in accordance with this Agreement;
