Design Freeze means the date that the design specifications of a Licensed Product have been achieved in accordance with the Licensee’s quality system, which date shall be indicated in a written notice provided by Licensee to Harvard.

Design Freeze refers to a procedure where upon successful completion of type testing, the design of all major and critical components and materials in the product and manufacturing, assembly and testing processes shall be documented and frozen. Design Freeze means that the design of the Article has reached compliance with the requirements of the System Requirements Document at Annex B to the Contract.
