Design-Build Bid Proposal definition

Design-Build Bid Proposal means a document submitted by pre- qualified Design-builders in response to the Request for Design-Build Proposal and which contains cost, design factors and usually, function, layout, materials, aesthetics, construction techniques, and specifications.
