(10) \"External guylines\" means lines that run from some point in the derrick, mast, or pole to ground anchors or to a special substructure or derrick base which provides a substitute for ground anchors to provide stability. (11) \"Flow line\" means the surface pipe which carries drilling fluid from surface tanks or other storage.
