Deposited Cash Collateral definition

Deposited Cash Collateral means the cash collateral posted by Borrower in accordance with Section 7.9(a), regardless of whether Lender has drawn, borrowed against or otherwise used such cash collateral pursuant to Section 7.9(c).
Deposited Cash Collateral has the meaning specified in the Credit Agreement.

  • Such Deposited Cash Collateral shall bear interest for the benefit of Borrower at a rate per annum equal to LIBOR plus 0.125%, which interest shall be payable monthly and shall accrue regardless of whether Lender has drawn, borrowed against or otherwise used all or part of such Deposited Cash Collateral pursuant to Section 7.9(c).
