If the Depositary subsequently ceases to make its book-entry settlement system available for the Public Warrants, the Company may instruct the Warrant Agent regarding making other arrangements for book-entry settlement.
The Trustee shall deliver such Securities to the Depositary for delivery to the Persons in whose names such Securities are so registered.
In its sole discretion, the Company may instruct the Warrant Agent to deliver to the Depositary (i) written instructions to deliver to the Warrant Agent for cancellation each book-entry Public Warrant and (ii) definitive certificates in physical form evidencing such Warrants, which shall be in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A with appropriate insertions, modifications and omissions, as provided above.
