If the Depositary subsequently ceases to make its book-entry settlement system available for the Public Warrants, the Company may instruct the Warrant Agent regarding making other arrangements for book-entry settlement.
Each Warrant Holder hereby authorizes any person reasonably designated by the Company and the Depositary Bank pursuant to the Warrant Agreement from time to time to take necessary procedures to effect such delivery of Company ADSs following the deposit of the corresponding Shares.
