Deposit Yield definition

Deposit Yield shall be calculated separately for each Maturity and shall mean the yield to maturity, or earlier call, on the Bonds of such Maturity on the Deposit Date based on the Base Price of the Bonds calculated in accordance with the provisions of Section 171 of the Code. The Deposit Yield for each Maturity is designated as such in the Series Trust Agreement.
