Deposit and Administration Agreement definition

Deposit and Administration Agreement means the Deposit and Administration Agreement, dated as of June 14, 2001, between the Owner Trustee, on behalf of the Owner Trust, and Chase Manhattan Bank USA, National Association, as Depositor and as Administrator, as the same may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
