Depomed Physician List definition

Depomed Physician List means the list of obstetrics and gynecology Professionals to whom the Depomed Sales Force may present Details, as such list may be amended from time to time as contemplated by this Agreement; provided that the list must conform to the requirements of Section 4.9.
Depomed Physician List means the list of Professionals to be used in calculating Co-Promotion Net Sales and the Baseline Percentage, as such list may be amended from time to time as contemplated by this Agreement. The Depomed Physician List may not include any Professionals on the Santarus Physician List as in effect immediately prior to Santarus’ receipt of the applicable Depomed Physician List pursuant to Section 5.9(a), and the average number of Professionals on the Depomed Physician List shall in no event exceed 150 Professionals per Depomed Sales Representative. For clarity, the limitations in this definition regarding the Professionals includible on the Depomed Physician List are not intended to provide any limitation on the ability of Depomed to provide Details to any Professionals, but subject to any other limitations set forth in this Agreement.
Depomed Physician List means the list of Prescribers to whom, pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, the Depomed Sales Force conducts Calls, as such list may be amended from time to time either (i) by mutual agreement of Esprit and Depomed, or (ii) otherwise in accordance with this Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Depomed Physician List will not include urologists, ob/gyns or Prescribers on the Esprit Target Physician List, and will not include more than 40,000 Prescribers.

  • Specialist Physician means a licensed physician who qualifies as an attending physician and who examines a patient at the request of the attending physician or authorized nurse practitioner to aid in evaluation of disability, diagnosis, or provide temporary specialized treatment. A specialist physician may provide specialized treatment for the compensable injury or illness and give advice or an opinion regarding the treatment being rendered, or considered, for a patient’s compensable injury.

  • Licensed mental health professional or "LMHP" means a physician, licensed clinical psychologist, licensed professional counselor, licensed clinical social worker, licensed substance abuse treatment practitioner, licensed marriage and family therapist, certified psychiatric clinical nurse specialist, licensed behavior analyst, or licensed psychiatric/mental health nurse practitioner.
