Deployment Area definition

Deployment Area means any area within a Site which is identified and controlled by the Client where security officers will be deployed to render the Security Service(s);
Deployment Area means each of the areas (cities/neighbourhoods) in which the FTTx Network will be deployed by the Fiberklaar pursuant to the Deployment projection set out in Annex 4;
Deployment Area means a cluster of one or more Fiberzones which have been identified by the Company as an area within the Footprint for deployment of the FTTx Network, following detailed network design;

  • For the avoidance of any doubt, Operator shall be entitled to order Access within a Deployment Area prior to the Delivery of such Deployment Area, in accordance with the provisions set out in Annex 3.
